The factory adopts world-class high-reliability intelligent equipment, integrates intelligent control technology, and has the world's first tire assembly technology in the commercial vehicle industry, which is accompanied by robots and AGVs in collaboration with each other, and is unmanned and intelligent throughout the whole process. The domestic commercial vehicle industry is the first to create technologies such as intelligent online calibration of vehicles, automatic unloading and intelligent marshalling of frames, and intelligent laser engraving of functional holes, building a technological leading advantage of "six first-class, three first-class, and fourteen leading" in the commercial vehicle industry, and truly realizing the manufacture of "world-class products" with "world-class factories".
